1 pound lean ground beef
1 ¾ cup water
1 cup milk or heavy cream
1 bag Stroganoff Skillet Meal Seasoning
3 cups egg noodles
Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté ground meat until cooked through; drain and return to pan.
Stir in water, milk, and Stroganoff Skillet Meal Seasoning.
Add egg noodles and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once the sauce is boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 9-11 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and uncover. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
