1/3 cup mayo
¼ cup pesto
1 pound ground pork
1 ½ tablespoons Italian Sausage Seasoning
4 slices provolone
1 tablespoon oil
½ onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
4 brioche buns, toasted if desired
1 cup arugula
In a small bowl, combine mayo and pesto. Set Aside.
Combine ground pork and Italian Sausage Seasoning until completely combined. Shape into 4 patties.
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. Grill burgers for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through: 140°F.
Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced onion and pepper until tender. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Spread pesto mayo on both halves of each bun. Top bottom bun with sautéed onions and peppers, a sausage patty, arugula, and top bun.
