1 ½ pounds ground pork
1 yellow onion, diced
2 tablespoons Italian Sausage Seasoning
1 pound potatoes, diced
6 cups, chicken stock
1 bunch kale, chopped
15.5 ounce can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
¼ cup heavy cream
Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add ground pork, onion, and Italian Sausage Seasoning. Sauté until pork is completely browned.
Add potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Add kale and beans to the soup. Cook for 5 minutes more.
Remove pan from heat. Stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired.
