18 dumplings, prepared according to package directions
16 ounces shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
1 bunch scallions, sliced
1 /2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
½ cup Asian Ginger Plum Dressing
optional: toasted sesame seeds
Prepare dumpling according to package directions. Set them aside to cool slightly while you prepare the salad.
Toss cabbage, scallions, and cilantro with Asian Ginger Plum Dressing.
Top with cooked dumplings and toasted sesame seeds if desired.
