28 ounce can tomato sauce
1 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
1 pound ground pork
1 egg
⅓ cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoons Italian Sausage Seasoning
1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
1 ½ pounds zucchini noodles
Combine tomato sauce and Italian Seasoning in a saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, egg, bread crumbs, and Italian Sausage Seasoning. Shape into 20 meatballs.
Heat oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet. Add meatballs and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Add zucchini noodles to the sauce; cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Serve meatballs over zucchini noodles. Garnish with fresh basil and parmesan cheese if desired.
