1 pound ground pork
1 tablespoons Italian Sausage Seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
15 ounce can low sodium tomato sauce
½ tablespoon Italian Seasoning
16 ounces gnocchi
4 ounces baby spinach
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the ground pork and Italian Sausage Seasoning. Saute until pork is cooked through; breaking up with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
Stir in heavy cream, tomato sauce, Italian Seasoning, and gnocchi. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until gnocchi is tender. Stir often to prevent sticking.
Stir in spinach until wilted.
Garnish with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, and/or parmesan cheese.
