1 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil
1 ½ pounds beef stew meat
1 yellow onion, diced
1 bag Stroganoff Skillet Meal Seasoning
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
6 cups beef broth
3 cups egg noodles
1 cup heavy cream
garnish: parsley
Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef stew meat with salt and pepper if desired. Add meat to the hot skillet and sear until browned on all sides. Transfer meat and juices to a slow cooker.
Add onion, Stroganoff Skillet Meal Seasoning, mushrooms, and beef broth to the slow cooker with the stew meat. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until beef is tender and shred easily with a fork.
Add egg noodles and heavy cream and cook for another 20 minutes or until noodles are cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
