1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
10 ounce can fired roasted and green chilies
15.5 ounce can black beans drained and rinsed
2 cups shredded cheddar
garnish: cilantro, red onion, tomatoes, jalapeno
Preheat oven to 350F.
Heat a deep 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until completely browned. Season with salt to taste.
Stir in Taco Seasoning and cream cheese until completely melted and combined.
Remove pan from heat. Stir in tomatoes, beans and shredded cheese.
Transfer pan to oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
Allow dip to cool slightly before topping with garnish. Serve with chips/and or veggies.
