1 sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
12 ounces Brussels sprouts, quartered
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss vegetable together with Natural Grapeseed Oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables to browned and tender.
Meanwhile prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In the same pan the pasta was cooked, heat the heavy cream, milk, and butter over medium heat until butter is melted. Whisk in Kids Cheez Blend until smooth. Simmer until slightly thickened.
