1 pound salmon
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Carne Asada Seasoning
2 avocados
2 teaspoons Guacamole Seasoning
¼ cup sour cream
8 (6-inch) tortillas
toppings: shredded cabbage, pickled red onion, cilantro, lime wedges
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place salmon skin side down. Drizzle with oil. Season with brown sugar and Carne Asada Seasoning. Bake for 7-10 minutes, depending on thickness of fish, until cooked through: 140°F.
Meanwhile, mash together avocado, Guacamole Seasoning, and sour cream, until completely combined.
Flake salmon into large pieces using a fork, discard skin.
Warm tortillas if desired.
Spread avocado mixture on tortillas. Top with salmon and desired toppings.
