1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, sliced
3/4 cup Alfredo Extraordinaire
Preheat oven to 400°F. Season chicken with Cajun Seasoning.
Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in 12-inch oven safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and red bell pepper and sauté until browned. Transfer chicken and bell pepper to a plate.
Add milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, and Alfredo Extraordinaire to the empty skillet and whisk until completely combined.
Add broccoli and cooked chicken and bell pepper back to skillet; stir to coat in the sauce.
