2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 romaine heart, chopped
1 cup salsa
Heat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground beef and drain off the excess fat. Add the Taco Seasoning, water, and beans. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve taco meat and beans over lettuce. Top with salsa. Serve with additional toppings such as tortillas strips and lime wedges.
