3 scallion, sliced
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare and grease sheet pan.
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, ground chicken, Sweet & Spicy Thai Chili Sauce, bread crumbs, egg, and scallions. Shape mixture into meatballs. Arrange on one half of the sheet pan.
In a separate bowl, toss broccoli with Natural Grapeseed Oil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange broccoli on the second half of the sheet pan.
Bake meatballs and broccoli for 20 minutes, or until cooked through: 165°F.
