8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons mayo
8 ounces baby spinach (sautéed/wilted, cooled, and excess moisture removed)
11 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
1 cup shredded gruyere, divided
½ cup shredded parmesan
1 tablespoon Garlic & Herb Blend
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, spinach, artichokes, ½ cup mozzarella, ½ cup gruyere, parmesan, and Garlic & Herb Blend until completely combined.
Transfer mixture to an 8-inch cast iron skillet or a baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbling and browned.
