1 1/2 pounds kielbasa, cut into 1/4 inch rounds
1 head broccoli, cut onto florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
8 ounces green beans
2 tablespoons Chipotle Ranch Blend
1 tablespoons Garlic Galore Seasoning
2 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil
1 1/2 cups dry quinoa, prepared according to package directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil.
Toss kielbasa and vegetables with Chipotle Ranch, Garlic Galore Seasoning, and Natural Grapeseed Oil. Spread in an even layer on a sheet pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until kielbasa is browned and vegetables are tender.
Meanwhile, prepare quinoa according to package directions.
Serve kielbasa and vegetables over quinoa.
