1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pound broccoli, cut into florets
4 carrots, sliced
2 tablespoons Chipotle Ranch Blend
12 ounces elbow macaroni, prepared according to package directions
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
Heat Coconut Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, broccoli, carrots, and Chipotle Ranch Blend. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Whisk together milk and Kids Cheez Blend and add to the skillet; cook until sauce is thickened.
Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in sauce. Cook until heated through.
