8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons Chia Tea Mix
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer, combine butter and sugars until combined and fluffy.
Beat in pumpkin puree, egg, vanilla extract, and Chai Tea Mix.
Slow mix in flour, salt, and baking soda until completely combined.
Stir in chocolate chips. Transfer batter to the prepared skillet.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until edged are browned and crisp and the middle is cooked through but still a little gooey.
Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
