1/4 cup Natural Grapeseed Oil
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons Greek Seasoning
6 large pita
1/2 pound lean ground beef (or lamb)
1 teaspoon Greek Seasoning
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup crumbled feta
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives
2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine Natural Grapeseed Oil, paprika, and 2 teaspoons Greek Seasoning. Brush all over both sides of each pita.
Slice pita into chips. Spread on a sheet pan. Bake for about 7-10 minutes or until chips are crisp.
Meanwhile, sauté beef with remaining 1 teaspoon Greek Seasoning until completely browned.
Top cooked chips with sautéed beef, mozzarella cheese, and feta. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with cucumber, tomato, olives, and red onion.
Can be served with hummus or tzatziki if desired.
