8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
8 ounces imitation crab meat, chopped
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
25 wonton wrappers, cut in half diagonally
oil for frying
½ cup Sweet & Spicy Thai Chili Sauce
2 scallions, slices
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, optional
Add cream cheese, imitation crab, onion powder, and garlic powder to a bowl. Mix until completely combined. Set aside.
Heat oil and fry wontons. Stay close as these will brown quickly. Drain on a paper-towel lined plate.
Arrange wonton chips on a sheet pan and dollop/spread with the cream cheese mixture.
Optional: Preheat oven to 400°F. Add pan to the oven for about 5 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is heated through. Watch closely so wontons do not burn.
Drizzle Sweet & Spicy Thai Chili Sauce all over the nachos. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
