Cilantro Lime Shrimp Crostini

2 avocados
4 1/2 teaspoons Guacamole Seasoning
24 shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil
1 tablespoon Cilantro Lime Seasoning
8 ounce baguette
Mash together avocados and Guacamole Seasoning; set aside.
Pat shrimp dry. Toss with 1 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil and Cilantro Lime Seasoning.
Heat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until cooked through. Remove pan from heat.
Preheat broiler. Slice bread into 1/2 inch slices. (Should yield about 24 slices).
Line bread on a sheet pan and brush with Natural Grapeseed Oil. Broil for about 2 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Remove from oven and transfer crostini to a serving platter if desired.
Spread prepared guacamole on each slice. Top with a cooked shrimp. Garnish with scallions if desired.
