⅓ cup mayo
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Cilantro Lime Seasoning
4 cups shredded cabbage
½ red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons oil
1 pound portabella caps, cleaned and thinly sliced
1 cup Golden BBQ Sauce
4 brioche buns
In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, cider vinegar, and Cilantro Lime Seasoning. Add cabbage and red onion; toss to coat in dressing. Refrigerate until serving.
Heat oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and saute for 7-10 minutes or until tender and starting to brown.
Reduce heat to medium. Stir in the Golden BBQ Sauce and simmer until thickened.
Toast buns if desired.
Serve mushrooms on buns with prepared slaw.
