1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
3/4 cup Agave BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup red onion, sliced
Season chicken with Rodeo Rub.
Heat Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through: 165°F.
Place pita bread on sheet pans and evenly spread with Agave BBQ Sauce. Top pitas with shredded mozzarella cheese, red onion, and cooked chicken.
Bake pita pizzas for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pitas begin to brown.
