Banana Chai Chocolate Chip Muffins

4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup melted Coconut Oil
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 tablespoons Chai Tea Mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven 350°F. Line
a 12 cup muffin tin with
paper liners. In a large
bowl, combine mashed bananas,
coconut oil, brown sugar, eggs,
and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk
together flour, baking soda,
Chai Tea Mix, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to
wet ingredients and stir to
combine.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Divide batter among
muffin cups. Bake for 20-
22 minutes or until they
pass the toothpick test.
Finish with flaky salt if
desired.
