1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, peeled and diced
4 scallions, sliced
1 (14 ounce) package firm tofu, drained and crumbled
Heat Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and carrot and sauté for 7 minutes or until tender. Stir in scallions, Adobo Seasoning, and turmeric and cook 1 minute more.
Add tofu and cook 5 minutes or until heated through and all liquid has evaporated.
