1 cup heavy cream, divided
3 tablespoons Spiced Cranberry Jam
Preheat oven to 425°F and place crust in a pie dish. Using a fork, poke many small holes in the dough. Bake for about 10 minutes or until crust is cooked through and golden brown.
Meanwhile, prepare filling. Microwave dark chocolate, 1/4 cup heavy cream, and Spiced Cranberry Jam for 30 second increments until chocolate is melted. Stir in between each round; set aside.
Whip remaining 3/4 cup heavy cream to stiff peaks; set aside.
In a stand mixer, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add chocolate mixture and beat until completely combined.
On low speed, add in whipped cream until completely combined. Transfer to prebaked crust.
