3 acorn squash, halved and seeds removed
2 tablespoons metled butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons Java Rub
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place acorn squash cut side up on a sheet pan.
Mix together melted butter, maple syrup, and Java Rub.
Use a brush to coat acorn squash flesh with the mixture.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on the size of the squash, or until fork tender.
