3 corn on the cob, quartered
6 ounces pork Andouille sausage, sliced
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon Seafood Seasoning
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Add corn during last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain and cool.
Arrange potatoes, corn on cob pieces, sausage, and shrimp on 8 skewers. Brush with Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil and season with Seafood Seasoning.
