1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup pepitas
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon Lemon Rosemary Blend
3 tablespoons Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 300F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, pecans, pepitas, golden raisins, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and Lemon Rosemary Blend.
Stir in Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil and maple syrup until ingredients are completely combined.
Transfer to the prepared sheet pan. Press down and pack the granola in an even, tightly packed layer. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until granola is golden brown and crisp.
Break granola apart into clusters. Cool completely before storing in an air tight container.
