1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 small yellow onion, finely diced
1/2 small bell pepper, finely diced
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
3 tablespoons Sloppy Joe Blend
10 slider buns
Combine ground beef with onion, bell pepper, mustard, tomato paste, light brown sugar, and Sloppy Joe Blend.
Form mixture into 10 slider-sized patties using about 1/3 cup of the mixture for each.
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. Grill sliders for about 4 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
Serve on slider buns with desired toppings.
