1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons Fajita Seasoning
1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil
1/2 teaspoon Rancher Rub
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil
1/2 teaspoon Rancher Rub
1 avocado, sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
Add chicken, lime juice, Fajita Seasoning, 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil, and 1/2 teaspoon Rancher Rub to a zip top bag. Marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat grill over medium heat. Clean and grease the grill grates.
Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until lightly charred and cooked through: 165°F.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper, onion, and remaining 1/2 teaspoons Rancher Rub. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until tender.
