1 1/2 pounds potatoes, 1/-inch dice
4 celery stalks, diced
1/4 cup Rosemary Garlic Dressing
Add potatoes to a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Drain potatoes and set aside to cool.
