1/2 cup Orange Sauce
1 English cucumber
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
1 scallion, sliced
In a small bowl, mix together the first three ingredients and whisk to combine.
Thinly slice the cucumber. Toss the sliced cucumber with prepared dressing and top with black sesame seeds and scallions.
