1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
6 bell peppers, tops and seeds removed
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, corn, black beans and Taco Seasoning. Cook until ground beef is browned, about 10 minutes.
Add water and tomato sauce to the pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add rice, cover pan, and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
