2 tablespoons Asian Ginger Plum Dressing & Marinade
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 scallions, sliced
1/4 cup chopped, cilantro
In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Orange Sauce, Asian Ginger Plum Dressing, lime juice, and sesame seeds.
Fold in the chicken, carrots, green onions, cilantro, and dried cranberries.
